Laboratoires IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1 mg 30 Sublingual Tablets is a food supplement based on melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, or to alleviate the effects of jet lag when traveling.
Each tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin.
No dependence or habituation.
Let 1 tablet dissolve under the tongue half an hour before bedtime.
It is advisable to take the tablet at the same time every day.
To be taken over a period of 15 days or occasionally. To be renewed if necessary.
For travelers wishing to lessen the effects of jet lag: Let 1 tablet dissolve under the tongue half an hour before bedtime the day before departure.
Take 1 tablet again to dissolve under the tongue half an hour before bedtime the day after arrival and for a few days following the day of arrival at the destination.
Do not swallow a tablet with water. Let it dissolve under the tongue.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery within four or five hours of taking melatonin.
